For Mitchell Street

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to direct my first documentary - "For Mitchell Street" - an observational reflection on arts and community. Primary filming took place on Historic Mitchell Street, formerly known as the 'Downtown of Milwaukee's Southside.' Many thanks to the wonderful team (Kayla, Jack, Nick, and Julianna) as well as everyone who shared their stories (Abdu, Rew, Ralph, and Yesi).
